Your lawn gets cut whether you're up here or not.
Weekly mowing and property care for small or big lots, second homes and short-term rentals and all kinds of owners across the Blue Mountain corridor and Clearview Township. Scheduled visits, photos when the job is done, and an invoice you can pay from your phone.
Leaves left on the lawn over winter will cost you the lawn.
Grass smothered under a wet mat of leaves doesn't come back in April — it comes back thin, patchy and full of weed seed, and reseeding costs far more than the cleanup would have. Packed leaves in the eaves are the other half of the problem: blocked gutters send water down the wall and into the foundation instead of away from it.
On a property with mature trees, one visit won't do it. Leaves come down over six to eight weeks, so we plan two or three passes through the season — an early clear, a main one at peak drop, and a final tidy before the snow.
What a cleanup covers
- Rake and clearLawn, beds, fence lines and anywhere leaves pile up.
- Mulch what helpsShredded back into the lawn where the volume is light — it feeds the soil.
- Bag and haul the restExcess leaves bagged and taken away, not piled at the back of the lot.
- Blow the propertyDrives, walks, decks, patios and garden beds cleared off.
Garden cleanup — dead annuals removed, perennials cut back, beds cleared of leaves — is quoted separately.
Weekly cuts, and the light upkeep that keeps a property looking looked-after.
Most clients start with weekly mowing. It usually grows from there, because when you own a property hours from where you live, you also need someone to put the bin out and clear the branch off the lawn.
Mowing & trim
A full cut on a set day each week through the season, by the same crew.
- Mow, string trim and edge
- Blow off drives, walks and decks
- Height adjusted for heat and drought
Property care
Light upkeep between guests, or between trips — for rentals, second homes and owners whose work keeps them on the road.
- Garbage and recycling runs
- Bin day in and out
- Storm and branch cleanup
- A set of eyes on the place
Fall leaf cleanup
Two or three visits through the season on a treed property — leaves don't all come down at once.
- Rake and clear the full property
- Mulch where it feeds the lawn
- Bag and haul away the excess
- Blow off drives, walks, beds and decks
- Final cut before winter
Garden cleanup
Beds put to bed properly, so spring starts clean instead of buried.
- Dead annuals pulled and removed
- Perennials cut back and trimmed
- Leaves cleared out of the beds
